I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and charming rooms in the heart of San Francisco. The staff, especially Andy, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time exploring the city. The location was ideal for visiting Union Square, Chinatown, and more, with the added bonus of delightful aromas wafting through the hotel. The dining options were simple yet satisfying, and the facilities exceeded my expectations.
