I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and charming rooms in the heart of San Francisco. The staff, especially Andy, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time exploring the city. The location was ideal for visiting Union Square, Chinatown, and more, with the added bonus of delightful aromas wafting through the hotel.
